Blue Ridge CBT Center is committed to offering compassionate and effective care to people experiencing disruptive levels of Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Chronic Pain, and Tinnitus. We are proud of our dedication to behavioral health research which allows us to offer a de-stigmatizing approach to mental health that incorporates the latest and most effective tools. Our aim is to use the most up to date knowledge to build impactful relationships that lead to positive individual and cultural change.

We practice group decision making that takes into account the social, economic, and environmental systems within which we offer our services.
